Levels Theparak is planned to be a mixed used development with a boutique 50 room hotel and a vibrant community mall. The mall is planned to include amenities such as a café, Italian restaurant, retail shops and gym for the neighborhood and hotel guests to unwind, socialise or get their errands done. The new age four-star hotel would have an industrial chic design and is planned to be a smart hotel. The rooftop would boast the highest bar in the area, which has great views of Theparak and Banga.
